What is a Health Optimization Physical?
Good Life Family Medicines Health Optimization Physical is the ultimate physical examination designed to go the extra mile in diagnosing patients’ physical health. Our team will provide you with a thorough evaluation, advanced screenings, and treatment plans tailored to fit your specific needs.
The Health Optimization Physical has two tiers that patients can choose from:
Tier 1:
Standard Health Optimization Physical ($195)
- Full Medical History and Physical Exam
- Exam includes vitals, ECG, 3-D body scan with weight composition, labs and urinalysis
- Email Report of Results
- Base Lab Work
- Lipids (Cholesterol)
- Complete Blood Count (CBC)
- Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP)
- Thyroid Stimulating Hormone (TSH)
- Hemoglobin A1c
*Due to the comprehensive testing needed to complete services, this exam will not be eligible for insurance usage.
Tier 2:
Advanced Health Optimization Physical ($425)
- All services included in the Standard Health Optimization Physical
- Free Cryotherapy or Redlight Therapy Treatment
- Follow Up Exam to go over results
$250 in additional labs including: Important hormones such as cortisol, testosterone, estrogen, DHEA, comprehensive thyroid function tests, essential vitamins and minerals including B-12, Folate, magnesium, Vitamin D. We will also check insulin, uric acid, iron studies, inflammation markers, homocysteine, and if needed, can add lab tests if there is a need or concern.
