MEET OUR PROVIDER
Justin Hancock is originally from Teague, Texas, and graduated valedictorian from high school in 2003. He attended Texas A&M University from 2004-2007 and graduated with his bachelor’s in Biology. He continued to pursue his dream of helping others by practicing medicine when he was accepted into Texas Tech’s Physician Assistant Program. After graduating PA school in 2011 with honors, he began his medical career in Family Medicine in Waco, TX with Baylor Scott & White. In 2013, he transitioned into emergency medicine and then finally, urgent care. This is what brought him and his family back to the Brazos Valley. In 2016, he helped open and operate Integrity Urgent Care.
From 2016 to 2022, Justin helped make Integrity the best urgent care in the Brazos Valley by providing fast, convenient, and affordable care to everyone who came to visit and established himself as a trusted provider in the community. In 2022, after building Integrity up to 3 clinics locally, the entire company was sold allowing Justin to pursue other interests.
Working for 7 years in Bryan-College Station in the urgent care field allowed Justin to see the needs of patients and the gaps that exist in the local healthcare system. He identified a need in primary care that would allow patients more access to care quickly without the use of outside health systems. This is what led to the vision of Good Life Family Medicine.
Justin envisioned a family medicine clinic that provides all-encompassing care for every age patient and allows for access to convenient, same-day visits.
Always treats each patient the same way he would his mother
Justin feels practicing medicine is his calling that the Lord placed on his heart many years ago. He enjoys seeing patients and establishing relationships with each one. His motto is: “always treat each patient the same way he would his own mother.”
Justin is married to his wife DeAndra and has two children, Jaxton and Anniston. When not working, Justin enjoys being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping, exploring, making memories with his family, and traveling. He and his family are members of Grace Bible Church and attend the Anderson campus.
